The Consulting Practice

Turning insight into lasting change.

Programs across seven domains of modern work, delivered by researchers with decades of field experience — as short strategic sessions, co-creation workshops, or full-day implementation labs. Standalone, or as follow-up to the platform diagnostic.

What we work on

Seven domains of modern work

Each domain maps to dimensions the platform measures — so the conversation starts from evidence, not guesswork. Open a domain to see how we work in it.

01Digitalization & the Future of Work+

The challenge. Digitalization, AI, and constant connectivity reshape roles, expectations, and culture — often faster than people and structures can adapt, driving technostress and digital fatigue.

Questions we explore

  • How ready are our people for AI and new tools?
  • Where does an "always-on" culture cost us most?
  • Which future competencies do we need to build?

A sample activity

A technostress-mapping session that pinpoints the biggest sources of overload and agrees concrete "smart-use" rules for tools and availability.

What changes

Lower digital overload, clearer norms, and a shared view of the skills to develop.

02Work Design & Job Crafting+

The challenge. How work is structured — autonomy, meaning, feedback, connection — predicts motivation and performance more than perks ever will. Yet most roles are never deliberately designed.

Questions we explore

  • Where are autonomy or role clarity too low?
  • Which tasks drain meaning, and which create it?
  • How can people reshape their own work?

A sample activity

A job-crafting workshop where each participant builds a personal plan to reshape their tasks, relationships, and mindset toward strengths and meaning.

What changes

Better-designed, more motivating roles — and employees equipped to craft their own.

03Well-being, Sustainability & Recovery+

The challenge. Constant connectivity blurs the line between work and life. Without real recovery, energy, focus, and health erode — and burnout risk quietly climbs.

Questions we explore

  • Where is burnout risk highest right now?
  • How well do people detach and recover?
  • Is the current workload sustainable over time?

A sample activity

A "human sustainability" session on energy management, boundaries, sleep, and recovery habits that hold up under pressure.

What changes

Healthier boundaries, better recovery, lower burnout risk, more durable performance.

04Teamwork, Hybrid & Virtual Teams+

The challenge. Hybrid and virtual work create uneven access, information asymmetry, and "silo" effects that quietly erode trust and collaboration.

Questions we explore

  • Where does hybrid work fragment the team?
  • How strong is psychological safety?
  • Which rituals actually keep people connected?

A sample activity

A team session that builds shared rituals and communication norms — including a Reciprocity Ring for fast, structured mutual support.

What changes

Stronger cohesion and psychological safety; clearer norms; more resilient teams.

05Creativity & Innovation+

The challenge. Digital overload and fragmented focus suppress the conditions creativity needs — and much valuable innovation is non-technological, hidden in processes, services, and business models.

Questions we explore

  • What blocks creative work here?
  • Where could we innovate without new technology?
  • How do we turn ideas into prototypes?

A sample activity

A structured ideation-to-prototyping simulation that generates, selects, evaluates, and tests ideas as a team.

What changes

A repeatable way to generate and evaluate ideas — including non-tech innovation.

06Leadership, Change & Culture+

The challenge. Digital, hybrid, changing work demands new leadership — transparent communication, psychological safety, energy management, and moving people from resistance to commitment.

Questions we explore

  • Do leaders have the skills for hybrid, digital work?
  • How do we move from resistance to commitment in change?
  • How do different generations work well together?

A sample activity

A leadership workshop on digital-age leadership, the psychology of change, and cross-generational collaboration.

What changes

More capable leaders, smoother change adoption, a more inclusive culture.

07Creative Regeneration & Well-being+

The challenge. Mental health, focus, and resilience need more than conversation — art, creativity, and body-mind practice measurably support recovery, regulation, and stability.

Questions we explore

  • How do we help people regulate stress and recharge?
  • Can creative practice build team connection?
  • Which lightweight habits actually stick?

A sample activity

A hands-on creative-regeneration session with light exercises that build mindfulness, self-regulation, and group connection.

What changes

Better stress regulation, sharper focus, stronger emotional stability and cohesion.

How we work with you

Formats, not a fixed menu

Any domain can be delivered in the format that fits your goal, group, and time. Each can stand alone or form part of a longer journey.

Executive Briefing

A short session where we present the latest evidence on a work-design or digital-work challenge and what it means for your organization — a clear starting point before a bigger initiative.

Leaders & decision-makers · ~1–2h · a standalone talk or the kickoff to a program

Co-creation Session

Interactive problem-solving where the team shapes concrete changes together.

Teams & HR · ~2–4h · often after diagnostics

Implementation Lab

Hands-on action planning that turns priorities into a workable rollout.

Project owners · ~half-day · part of a program

Leadership Workshop

Skill-building for leading digital, hybrid, and changing work.

Leaders · flexible · standalone or series

Follow-up Evaluation

We re-measure, review progress, and adjust the plan.

Whole org · after implementation · closes the loop

Platform or consulting?

Use either on its own — or both together

Does consulting build on the platform's results? It can. The diagnostic shows where impact is highest, so we start from evidence rather than assumptions.
Can we engage consulting without the platform? Yes. Every workshop and program works as a standalone service.
Can we use only the platform? Yes. Run the diagnostic on its own and act on the reports internally.
What happens after a report? We prioritize together, co-create changes in workshops, support the rollout, and re-measure.

Every engagement is scoped to you.

Scope depends on your size, goals, and the problem at hand — so we prepare a tailored proposal rather than a one-size price. Tell us the challenge and we'll come back with a clear plan and quote.
